Get to know me

Allow me to introduce myself – I'm Hayley, the proud owner and creator of Hayley Sefo Photographer. For the past almost 10 years, I've been living out my dream as a candid documentary-style photographer, capturing bumps, babies and families from all over Canberra and beyond. As a wife and mother of two, I appreciate the simple things in life, such as my family, my time with friends and family, spending my Sunday at church and my days with my 2 babies as a SAHM and business owner. I am not ashamed to admit I have an iced coffee obsession, you'll often catch me thinking im a barista on my instagram stories, surely everyone loves watching the creation of a tired mums morning coffee, right?. I understand how fleeting those precious moments are, and also how chaotic they can feel and how important it is to capture them to ensure that the memories last a lifetime for you and for the generations after you. Photography is not just a job to me, it's a passion, and I can honestly say that I absolutely love it and that shows in my work.

I take pride in having an outgoing personality and an eye for capturing emotion and connection and all the moments in between. I strive to make every client feel at ease and relaxed during their session. When the lighting is perfect, I can't help but jump for joy! My goal is to capture all of those beautiful in-between moments that make life so special.
